Privacy Policy

Legal Information

The concept of online privacy includes the right to decide what personal information you choose to submit online, and how that information will be used, if at all. To protect user privacy, we strive to make users aware of the kinds of information we collect from them, explaining why we collect that information, how we use it, and whether it will be shared with others.

Information Collected Automatically

When users surf the Aldridge Web site, Aldridge collects the following data for statistical purposes only:
  • the IP address from which users access our Web site
  • the date and time of their visits
  • the URLs of the pages that they view
We use these statistics to make improvements to aldridge.com, not to identify individual users or their searches. We do not enable cookies to monitor usage or to gather users' personal information.

Information Collected via online Form

Personal information submitted by a user in the contact us form is not distributed to parties outside of Aldridge. Identifying information, such as name, email address, and phone or fax number, is used only for responding to users' comments or questions, and is not made available for other purposes.

Disclosure

We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer to outside parties any user personally identifiable information. This does not include trusted third parties who assist us in operating our website, conducting our business, or servicing users, so long as those parties agree to keep this information confidential. We may also release user information when we believe release is required to comply with the law, enforce our site policies, or protect ours and others’ rights, property, or safety.

Security

Site security is the concept of monitoring network traffic to identify unauthorized attempts to upload or change information on Aldridge's servers. In the case that suspicious activity of this sort arises, a user's personal information may be tracked to identify a possible threat. This is the only reason that Aldridge will ever collect personal information and/or monitor user activity without asking permission or giving prior notice.

Copyright Notice

Unless specifically stated otherwise, all information on the Aldridge website is copyrighted and may not be reproduced without prior written consent. All photographs are commercially licensed and cannot be reproduced, published or otherwise used.

Privacy Policy Changes

Although most changes are likely to be minor, Aldridge may change its Privacy Policy from time to time. Aldridge encourages users to frequently check this page for any changes to its Privacy Policy. Users’ continued use of this site after any change in this Privacy Policy will constitute acceptance of such change.
