We will resolve 100% of the issues within your Service Level Agreement, guaranteed
What this means is that during any calendar month, for the duration of your Managed Services agreement, we guarantee to resolve 95 percent of service ticket targets according to the terms of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). And we’ll resolve the remaining five percent of service ticket targets within 30 days.
100-day free release from your contract
We are so certain you will be happy with our service and expertise that we will grant you a free release from your initial Managed Services contract at any time during the first 100 days if we haven’t met your expectations.
100-day money back guarantee
In addition to releasing you from your Managed Services contract during your first 100 days if we haven’t met your expectations, we will also refund 100 percent of the service-related fees you have paid Aldridge.
