Michael Kingsley | CISA

Cyber Security Advisor (CSA)

Michael Kingsley serves as the Cybersecurity Advisor for the North Texas area that includes Dallas, Fort Worth, the Texas panhandle, as well as other counties in West Texas within CISA Region 6. Since early 2012, Michael has served in a variety of positions for the U.S. Department of Homeland Security (DHS) and the Department of Treasury focusing on Data Center Consolidation, intelligence/operations, cyber, incident response, and IT compliance.

Prior to joining CISA’s Region 6, Michael served in a leadership position for DHS’s Custom and Border Protection as a Cybersecurity Program Manager for the Border Enforcement Management Systems.

Michael began his Federal career with the Department of Treasury promoting the cyber defense of the Treasury building and portions of the White House in downtown Washington DC before moving over and serving as the Deputy CISO within Treasury’s Financial Crimes Enforcement Network (FINCEN).

Michael holds a Master’s of Science in Information Technology Management from the University Of Maryland as well as a Bachelor of Science in Business Management and Economics.

Chad Hiatt | Aldridge

Chief Technology Officer

At Aldridge, Chad is the Chief Technology Officer (CTO). His role entails working to further advance the company’s technology strengths, thought leadership, and value delivery to clients. Chad’s technology career began early, programming his own games as a kid and writing educational software in grade school. Chad started his first IT company before he could drive, and during the 30 years of his career, has developed into a technology and security architect with the skills to identify, align, and execute the IT strategies and initiatives of organizations across a variety of industries.

Seth Bursell | Aldridge

Manager of Security Operations

Seth Bursell, the Manager of Security Operations at Aldridge, is skilled in crafting and executing security standards, policies, and procedures. With over two decades of experience in technology, including a decade focused on cybersecurity, Seth specializes in Data Protection, Threat Hunting, PAM, policy formulation, Access Management, and risk assessment. Notably, Seth also owned his own MSP for 12 years, further enhancing his expertise. His professional journey comprises pivotal roles at two Dallas-based MSPs, engagements with healthcare corporations, and a significant tenure at McAfee, a global security firm.
