We are committed to providing a high-quality learning experience and ensuring participant satisfaction. If you have a complaint regarding any aspect of a course or program, please follow the steps below to address your concerns:

- Contact Us: Submit your complaint in writing to Aldridge Marketing marketing@aldridge.com or contact us at 817-734-3919 within 10 business days of the issue arising. Please include your name, the course or program title, the date, and a detailed description of your concern.
- Review Process: Upon receiving your complaint, we will acknowledge receipt within 2 business days. Our team will review the issue thoroughly and may contact you for additional information if necessary.
- Resolution: We will provide a formal response and proposed resolution within 10 business days of receiving your complaint. Resolutions may include, but are not limited to, clarification of course content, adjustments to program delivery, or refunds where applicable.

Stephen King, CPA
Founder
Stephen is the Founder of The Fundraising Accountant Community and a recognized thought leader in nonprofit financial management. His work focuses on helping nonprofit leaders use financial insight to strengthen donor relationships, improve decision-making, and raise more money to advance their missions.
Stephen’s career spans nearly four decades of accounting system design, technology innovation, and management accounting services. He previously founded GrowthForce, one of the nation’s largest cloud-based client accounting service firms, which was later acquired by G&A Partners. Earlier in his career, Stephen served as CFO of Amnesty International USA, where he helped scale the organization’s financial and operational systems during a period of rapid growth.
Through his work, Stephen continues to help nonprofit organizations build stronger financial strategies that support sustainable growth and mission impact.
Bryan Gregory
Vice President | Partner
Bryan serves as Vice President and Partner at Aldridge, where he focuses on building relationships with organizations and helping them align technology and cybersecurity with their business goals. Since joining Aldridge in 2008 as the firm’s first salesperson, Bryan has played a key role in the company’s growth and expansion.
Over the past 15+ years, Bryan has helped support 17 acquisitions as Aldridge expanded its presence across Texas and into Washington. His experience working closely with leadership teams gives him a deep understanding of how technology, security, and operational strategy intersect to support long-term growth.
Bryan is passionate about understanding each client’s business and connecting them with the right technology and security solutions that reduce risk, support scalability, and enable organizations to operate more efficiently and securely.
