In his new role, Jon will lead Aldridge’s Client Success department, which is responsible for helping clients align their technology with business goals through strategic IT planning and ongoing guidance. He’ll work closely with service teams and executive leadership to strengthen client relationships, ensure the quality and consistency of service delivery, and identify opportunities to drive greater long-term value. His leadership will play a key role in reinforcing Aldridge’s position as a trusted, proactive technology partner.

Jon has spent his career helping IT service organizations grow by combining operational excellence with a strong commitment to client outcomes. He spent over 16 years at Seamless Solutions, where he rose to the role of Chief Operating Officer and guided the company through a period of transformative growth. During his tenure, he reengineered the IT infrastructure, streamlined service delivery, and expanded managed services offerings, driving significant gains in both revenue and profitability. His leadership fostered a culture of accountability and client focus, improving service performance and building long-term customer trust.
Following his time at Seamless Solutions, Jon served as Director of Managed Services for Visual Edge IT’s Texas region, where he focused on strengthening service delivery across managed IT, cloud, and cybersecurity. His experience in scaling operations, aligning technical delivery with business goals, and creating meaningful client experiences has made him a trusted leader in the MSP space.

Jon’s leadership is grounded in both executive management and hands-on technical expertise. He holds multiple certifications, including Exium SASE-CSP, HP Advanced Endpoint Security, and VMware VSP/VTSP, and is a Microsoft CIE Qualified Facilitator.
