Chris will oversee all facets of client relationship management and service delivery—including support, security, network operations, and professional services—as well as the development of new technology solutions. A Proven Leader with Industry Depth
Prior to joining Aldridge, Chris has most recently consulted MSPs and private equity firms that seek to grow in this space. He previously served as COO at Ntiva, where he helped scale the company into a top national MSP and built a reputation for reliable, high-quality service. He also held executive leadership roles at mindSHIFT Technologies, contributing to its rapid growth and successful acquisition by Ricoh. Throughout his career, Chris has helped multiple MSPs grow past the $100 million revenue mark by implementing proven processes, building high-performing teams, and driving efficiency through automation.
