What We’ll Cover:

This session is designed for anyone who wants to put Microsoft 365 Copilot to work beyond simple prompts. We’ll show you how to create an agent using natural language, connect it to trusted knowledge sources, customize its instructions and behavior, test its responses, and share it with your team.

Whether you’re looking to automate a repetitive task, give your team faster access to information, or simply understand what Agent Builder can do, you’ll leave with a working agent and the know-how to build more.

Topics

  • What Copilot Agents are — Understanding what agents do and where they fit alongside Copilot chat
  • Creating an agent — Using natural language in Agent Builder to define its purpose and instructions
  • Connecting knowledge sources — Pointing your agent to the files, sites, and data it should draw from
  • Customizing behavior — Shaping tone, scope, and rules so responses fit how your team works
  • Testing before you launch — Reviewing and refining responses before rolling an agent out
  • Sharing with others — Publishing agents so your team can access consistent, role-based support from the Copilot app
