How To Turn on Track Changes in Microsoft Word 

Step 1: 

Open Microsoft Word and navigate to the Review tab in the ribbon at the top of the screen.

In the “Tracking” group, click on the Track Changes button.

A drop-down menu will appear, allowing you to select Track Changes to activate the feature. 

Step 4: 

To the right of the “Display for Review” icon, click on the drop-down menu and ensure that you select All Markup
