Director of Human Resources

As the director of human resources, Luke fills two critical roles for Aldridge.

On the one hand, he’s responsible for overseeing multiple office locations and ensuring proper administrative support throughout the organization. On the other hand, he’s responsible for all HR initiatives, including recruiting, onboarding, training, development, coaching, and counseling.

Since joining Aldridge in 2008, Luke has helped manage the organization’s rapid growth by proactively planning, recruiting, and spearheading business partnerships. He credits his success with the ability to adapt to changing job markets, help department heads ensure low turnover, develop an industry-leading benefits package, and get the best talent in the industry to join the team.

In 2012 and 2013, the Houston Business Journal recognized Aldridge as one of the Best Places to Work in Houston.

Luke is Professional Human Resources certified with a Professional Human Resource Development Certificate of Achievement from Rice University. He holds a Regents Bachelor of Arts from West Virginia University.

In his spare time, Luke enjoys traveling and indulging his inner foodie by trying new restaurants. He shares his life with a loving partner and three cocker spaniels named Boomer, Baxter, and Bristol.
