As Vice President of IT Services, Sam leads Aldridge’s support services teams—including the service desk, project engineers and SMEs.

Sam oversees Aldridge’s service delivery and works alongside our CIOs and support technicians to create a pain-free experience for clients and see that their expectations are met.

“Whenever somebody is interacting with us, we want them to walk away thinking that they had a better than expected experience,” he said. “I’ve been on both sides of the table of having a good customer experience and a poor one, and the day is always so much better when you walk away feeling like you’ve made an impact on a person.”

Sam joined Aldridge after moving from San Diego in 2017. He’s worked in managed IT services for over 10 years and has held every position from support technician to management.

When he’s not working, Sam enjoys spending time with his wife and their three daughters.
