Patrick R. Wiley

Chief Executive Officer

As Chief Executive Officer, Patrick is responsible for translating strategic vision into the day-to-day operation of Aldridge. Patrick was Aldridge’s third employee when he joined the company as a technician in 2004. Patrick oversees all aspects of Aldridge’s operations, including all services, new business development, sales, finance, legal, and human resources. Additionally, Patrick leads all the company’s significant mergers and acquisitions activities that support its growth strategy. Under his leadership, Aldridge has acquired 17 IT firms, expanding its reach across Texas and Seattle, Washington.

Sunny moore

Chief Financial Officer

Sunny Moore serves as Chief Financial Officer for Aldridge, bringing over two decades of experience helping technology and services organizations grow and scale. She has led financial strategy, operational transformation, and M&A initiatives across businesses ranging from $30 million to $4 billion in revenue. Known for her hands-on, collaborative leadership style, Sunny works closely with teams to align financial planning, operational execution, and long-term strategy. Her experience guiding both organic growth and acquisition-driven expansion makes her a key part of Aldridge’s mission to build a stronger, more scalable business for the future.

Gia Mangino

Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing

Gia Mangino serves as Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing for Aldridge, bringing over 15 years of experience in technology services and sales leadership. Before joining Aldridge, Gia played a key role in the growth of Quest Software as a sales leader, building high-performing teams and consistently exceeding growth targets. At Aldridge, she leads the go-to-market strategy, focused on expanding partnerships with midsize and growing businesses. Known for her client-centric approach and results-driven leadership, Gia helps position Aldridge as the trusted provider of secure, scalable IT solutions for the businesses we serve.

Bob Guilbert

Board Member and Advisor

Bob Guilbert is a Board Member and Advisor for Aldridge, bringing more than 35 years of leadership experience across the technology and financial services sectors. As former Managing Director and COO of Eze Castle Integration, Bob helped build one of the world’s leading managed service providers for investment firms, overseeing global operations, service delivery, strategic partnerships, and marketing. Bob serves as a strategic advisor to Walnut Grove Capital Partners, where he guides MSP owners on partnering with private equity to scale and grow their businesses. His insight into scaling operations, enhancing service delivery, and navigating private equity partnerships strengthens Aldridge’s ability to accelerate its growth strategy.

Board Member and Advisor

Gray Mabry is a Board Member and Advisor for Aldridge, bringing more than 24 years of leadership experience in the managed services industry. As Co-Founder and CEO of iVenture, Gray built one of the nation’s top-ranked managed service providers, recognized for operational excellence, client service, and sustained growth across industries including healthcare, legal, and nonprofit sectors. His experience scaling service delivery, strengthening client success programs, and driving long-term business growth provides valuable insight to Aldridge’s leadership team as the company continues to expand its reach.
