At Aldridge, we believe so strongly in our ability to serve our clients and resolve issues that we’re willing to guarantee it. So, here it is:


What this means is that during any calendar month, for the duration of your Managed Services agreement, we guarantee to resolve 95 percent of service ticket targets according to the terms of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). And we’ll resolve the remaining five percent of service ticket targets within 30 days.


We are so certain you will be happy with our service and expertise that we will grant you a free release from your initial Managed Services contract at any time during the first 100 days if we haven’t met your expectations.


In addition to releasing you from your Managed Services contract during your first 100 days if we haven’t met your expectations, we will also refund 100 percent of the service-related fees you have paid Aldridge.


It may seem like a stretch to make such a guarantee, but we don’t think it is. Our entire culture is built on a set of core values that we believe makes offering a guarantee like this easy. At Aldridge, we do what we say we will, when we say we will.
