WE WILL RESOLVE 100% OF THE ISSUES WITHIN YOUR SERVICE LEVEL AGREEMENT, GUARANTEED

What this means is that during any calendar month, for the duration of your Managed Services agreement, we guarantee to resolve 95 percent of service ticket targets according to the terms of the Service Level Agreement (SLA). And we’ll resolve the remaining five percent of service ticket targets within 30 days.

100-DAY SATISFACTION GUARANTEE

If Aldridge fails to obtain 100 percent client satisfaction during the first 100 days, you may terminate the Managed Services agreement without any termination charge, and Aldridge will provide reasonable transition assistance.
